Caring for your stained glass art

Your new stained glass was polished before it arrived. This polish should protect your art, but sometimes the glass may look dull or hazy. If this happens you should…

  • Put down the Windex, vinegar, ammonia, and alcohol based cleaners. Acid based cleaners can damage the solder and patina on your art.

  • Use a soft, dry cloth to gently buff your glass.

  • Should your glass need a deeper clean, you may use water and a mild dish soap to help shine up and polish your stained glass. Additionally, you can add a bit of carnauba car wax to the solder lines. Remember- be gentle!

Pro Tip: We recommend placing your stained glass in an area where it will not be touched or bumped.

Super Pro Tip: Wash your hands!
